FireHost includes the High-Availability (HA) hosting configuration with every server, which results in virtually no unscheduled downtime. Our systems monitor your Cloud Servers for hardware failure and will immediately redeploy your server to another physical server should a hardware failure occur.
The HA configuration is deployed on your Cloud Server at the virtualisation layer, so there is nothing to configure on your end. If the HA monitor detects a malfunction on your primary Cloud Server, the HA software redirects traffic to a mirrored standby Cloud Server while it attempts to restart and/or repair the primary server.
