Effective two factor authentication can be accomplished without cumbersome hardware dongles and key fobs. With Phone Factor, reliable authentication now takes place using a piece of equipment you always have available – your mobile phone (or office landline).
How It Works

You enter your username and password.
The first identification validation takes place virtually at a login prompt. - Step 2
Instantly you receive a phone call. Just answer and enter your PIN. That’s it!
The second factor in granting access privileges takes place physically using your telephone.
With two factor service enabled for Account Administrators and Technical Contacts, you can conduct business with confidence that only these authorized users can administer critical systems and access highly sensitive data. To provide an effective barrier for unwanted access, two factor authentication service is required (and will be automatically provisioned) for all users on your account with Account Administrator and Technical Contact privileges. Additional fees may apply for phone numbers outside of the US.
